We also recommend a walk through the commercial area, where you can try homemade sausages, along the Maristany promenade, surrounded by modernist mansions, or a visit to the Isaac Albéniz Museum.
Beget is a very picturesque and charming village, with the landscape and vegetation typical of Alta Garrotxa. It is indispensable to visit the Church of Sant Cristòfol de Beget, built in Catalan Romanesque style. It was declared "Cultural Asset of National Interest" and is included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.
The Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone is a natural park located in the eastern Pyrenees, within the region of La Garrotxa in the province of Gerona. It has 40 volcanic cones, 10 craters and more than 20 basaltic lava flows. You can visit towns such as Castellfollit de la Roca, Santa Pau and spectacular places such as the Fageda d'en Jordà ("the beech of Jordà"), or the Vall de Bianya.
Prats de Molló is a charming mountain village with infinite spaces, an almost unreal luminosity and a wild beauty. In Prats de Molló-La Preste you can visit its thermal springs. It is also one of the areas with more green acres in the south of France, located only 40 km from the hotel.
The Camprodon Valley Animal Park, located in Molló, is the favorite visit of youngers and elders. Molló Parc is a natural park located in a forest where animals live freely in their own habitat. The visitor walks through the forest and parks located in the heart of the Camprodon Valley.
The mountain station The Núria Valley, with its unique natural and scenic beauty, is located in the municipality of Queralbs. Dominating one of the highest points in the Ribes Valley, it is surrounded by peaks of almost 3,000 meters, such as Puigmal, from which a multitude of springs and streams originate. We invite you to enjoy this spectacular high-mountain scenery with a unique means of transport: the rack railway. The rack railway covers a distance of 12.5 km and overcomes an elevation difference of more than 1,000 meters.
Vallter is an ideal place for outdoor mountain sports. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy, in addition to skiing in winter, other activities such as hiking, all kinds of routes and circuits through the valley, on foot and by bike, visiting the source of the Ter River by chairlift... Its privileged geographical location Vallter 2000, north of the Pyrenees, offers a unique and exceptional panoramic view from where you can see as far as the Bay of Roses (Costa Brava).
